This team driving position features a special pay premium and priority freight dispatch, maximizing your miles and earnings. Teams can get all of their truck and personal needs taken care of quickly at one of our full service Operating Centers. A variety of services - food, laundry, Wi-Fi, and lounges - are combined with fueling and maintenance.

- Hiring Area: Virginia and parts of Maryland and West Virginia
- Primary travel area is 48 states. Teams receive priority freight and dispatch
- Teams spend 2-4 weeks out based on home location, freight flows, and preferences. 2 wks out=3 days home; 3 wks out=4 days home; 4 wks out=5 days home
- Drivers living within 75 miles of an operating center will park onsite. Drivers living more than 75 miles away will park at an agreed-upon safe location
- Solo pay plus up to $.07 team premium. Quarterly performance bonus of $.02-.03. Additional accessorial pay.
- $43,000 -$68,000 annual pay, varies by geographic location and experience level
- 99% no touch freight, 70% drop & hook, average LOH 1,300 miles
- Extensive facility network for parking and relays
