Driver involved in head-on collision succombs to injuries

A driver involved in a head-on collision on Route 63, Bethany, on Jan. 20 died at 7 p.m., Tuesday, at Strong Memorial Hospital. Gene L. Kelsey, 70, reportedly died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. According to a Sheriff's Office investigation, Kelsey failed to stop at a stop sign coming off of Fargo Road.
